FIRE ALARM

We sell, install, service, test, inspect and monitor fire alarm systems in eastern North Carolina.  Our technicians are factory certified on the equipment we install and service.   While code prescribes the minimum requirements for a fire alarm system it does not mandate any particular product.  We have selected the products we sell and service with the customer in mind.  We want our systems to have readily available parts, be easy for all levels of technician and maintenance staff to use and service and above all provide the highest level of public safety.  Call us today for assistance with your specific fire alarm needs.

CAMERA SYSTEMS

There are so many camera options available it is nearly impossible to distinguish between them, and in general they are all good.  We have taken a slightly different approach to our choice of camera.  We prefer to use Alarm.com for our cameras and not necessarily because of the camera.  We like the Alarm.com app.  We like it because customers like it.  It is easy to use and can integrate not just your cameras but also your security system, access control system, thermostat, leak detection and a host of other features.  It can also improve the response time to alarms by providing video verification of alarm events.

Business & Home Automation

Thermostat control, leak detection, door locks, light control, sprinkler systems, camera analytics, security system….  All of these things and more can be integrated into a single, easy to use platform that you can manage from your phone or PC.  We have partnered with Alarm.com to bring you a best in class app for all of these services.  For example, when you leave your business for the day you can set ‘scenes’ so that when you set your alarm after 5pm your thermostat is turned down, the interior lights are turned off and the exterior lights are set to turn on if motion is captured on a camera.  You can receive text or video clips of events as well.  Our system can even send images to our central monitoring center upon an alarm event to escalate response by providing first responders.  Learn about these feature and more by calling us today.

ACCESS CONTROL

Installing access control systems is an essential security measure that helps control who enters and exits a building or a specific area within it.

These systems can range from simple keypad locks to advanced biometric scanners that require fingerprint or facial recognition. Access control systems provide several benefits, such as increased security, enhanced monitoring, and better access management.

They can also help prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism, and improve employee and customer safety. Moreover, modern access control systems can be integrated with other security systems, such as surveillance cameras and alarms, to provide a comprehensive security solution.
